Request a membership hold or change

Please note the following: 

  • Hold request forms must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the commencement date.

  • Holds can only be a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 6 weeks.

  • Please select the dates you would like the hold to begin and finish on.

  • Upon expiration of the hold period, your account will automatically become active and payments shall resume.

  • For changes, please advise what membership you would like to change to and from what date.

  • Downgrade of memberships require 21 days notice.
